About Whitney

My Story
Nutrition has had a substantial impact on my own health after struggling for years with debilitating digestive symptoms. I know what it feels like to see a handful of doctors that were never able to interpret my symptoms and being prescribed pharmaceuticals that only marginally improved those symptoms. I learned to dig into the research and use food as a powerful tool to improve my health. The desire to help others do the same became my passion. and I soon left my corporate career to study nutrition.
I am a certified Master Nutrition Therapist, a Level 2 Restorative Wellness Practitioner, and a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). I am also Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, a credential that demonstrates that I have achieved the highest level of professional recognition in the holistic nutrition industry. This enables me to serve you with the best, most current research and advanced nutritional science. I am very proud of this designation and it is my hope that the value it adds to your health journey is evident in every service I offer.
I was born and raised in Northeast Kansas. I am still a small town girl at heart, although I love traveling and immersing myself into new cultures. I enjoy being active, especially working out with a barbell and taking walks with my golden retriever, Frannie. On the weekends, I'm most likely spending time with family and friends, strolling through the farmer's market, or attending a local event.
