Hi, I'm Whitney.

I'm a Functional Nutritional Practitioner.  

Like so many other women, I spent the entire decade of my 20's struggling with chronic constipation and debilitating bloating.  I was searching for answers, but all I really got was a diagnosis of IBS and sent on my own way.

This led me to leave my successful corporate career to study functional nutrition.  After being able to finally heal my own gut, I became incredibly passionate about helping other individuals avoid the full decade struggle that I experienced.  


I work in a 1:1 capacity with clients utilizing different types of functional testing, nutrition, and lifestyle support on an individual basis to help my clients ditch their bloating and other digestive issues so they can regain their energy and finally feel confident in their body again!
